The following Terms and Conditions apply to all your product purchases from www.belly bandwebshop.co.uk and you should read them carefully. We may amend these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them each time you make a new purchase.
1. Payment
Belly bandwebshop welcomes payment by the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro & Paypal
2. Acceptance of Order
We will acknowledge your order shortly after we receive it and will also send an email to confirm that we have processed your order. Please ensure that an accurate email address is supplied. It is your responsibility to check whether all the details on the order confirmation are correct. Charges incurred due to incorrect details will not be refunded.

4.Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from bellybandwebshop.co.uk. If you are not satisfied with your new purchase, we will exchange or refund any unused items, within 14 days from receipt of goods, provided they are returned in a sellable condition, and include your receipt. (exceptions apply for products tailor-made for you).
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a resellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. We will refund your original delivery charge if a product is faulty or damaged, upon inspection, but not if a product is simply unwanted.
This will not affect your statutory rights. All returned goods must be accompanied by the delivery note with the completed information

Any postage incurred by returning items to us will not be refunded.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions will affect your statutory rights in the unlikely event that the goods do not meet a standard required by law.
5. Pricing
All prices are correct at the point of purchase and are confirmed with an order confirmation email. Previously viewed prices via cookies on your computer are not valid and will be refused.
